Aims and Objectives

The main objective of the Children’s Film Society, Bangladesh is to create a suitable environment for children to learn and use film as a powerful artistic media to develop themselves positively to contribute in the society.

Screening of Films
Regular film screenings will be organized for children

School Programme
Discussion and film shows will be arranged regularly in different schools

Workshops and Seminars
Workshops and Seminars suitable for children will be
organized regularly

Film Festival
A biennial international children’s film festival will be organized in Dhaka
A yearly children’s film week will be organized in major cities
outside Dhaka

Film-making
A project for making films for children in both 35mm and digital format will be taken.
Besides, a project will be taken under which children will be able to make films on different issues.
